As an Account Manager, you are responsible for bringing in new ICT business as well as maintaining existing relationships. You work with a complete portfolio of cloud-based ICT solutions and network infrastructures, and know how to market these with conviction and advisory power.
You supervise the entire commercial process: from identifying customer needs to translating them into the right ICT solution. You maintain commercial contacts at operational, tactical and strategic level. With your commercial flair and technical affinity, you will help clients in the SME sector achieve their goals and build sustainable partnerships for the long term.
In addition, you keep a keen eye on the latest market developments and trends. You actively participate in marketing campaigns and follow up on leads generated by the marketing team, making the most of opportunities.
The role is a mix of 70% relationship management and 30% new business, where you will not only help existing clients grow, but also convince new clients of the added value of our solutions. You will join an enthusiastic sales team of 15 colleagues with whom you will regularly undertake fun activities. This combined with an attractive bonus scheme makes this a challenging and energetic position for a commercial professional with passion and drive!
