As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for managing, controlling and improving the ripening process of our products. You will monitor conditions, analyze data and ensure that each product reaches the optimal degree of ripeness before delivery. You work closely with various departments to continuously improve quality and taste. In addition, you document all processes and results according to internal and external guidelines, lead and supervise colleagues in the field of ripening techniques and actively think about innovations within the process.
