As an Intercedent at Goodmorning, you are the link between the client and the temporary worker. You ensure that the planning is correct, the staffing is complete and the cooperation runs smoothly. Whether it is coordinating a large intake, solving bottlenecks or conducting evaluation interviews: you keep the overview and take responsibility. A role full of dynamics, where people work and process-oriented thinking come together.
As an Intercedent, you are the first point of contact for the client and for the temporary workers. You ensure optimal staffing by posting vacancies with the right skills and numbers and keep a grip on the planning. For large intake moments, you organize a tight start-up and make sure that everyone is well informed when they start work.
You identify bottlenecks such as illness or absence, liaise with the personnel administration and ensure that replacements are quickly arranged. In addition, you maintain active contact with the temporary employees and have regular discussions about performance and job satisfaction. You follow up sick leave according to the Wet Poortwachter and offer guidance.
You also inform those involved in structural changes within a project and remain the point of contact, even if there is temporarily no work. Together with colleagues, you improve internal processes, think about schedules, time registration and forecasting, and make sure that everything runs smoothly from start to wage payment.
On Fridays you will be at the office in Etten-Leur as standard and participate in the IC meeting, where bottlenecks are discussed and areas for improvement are shared.
