Yes, there is a weekly fee. We have fixed rental amounts based on the number of people per room, these amounts include utilities.

In most cases, housing is for employees themselves. Does your partner/family also work for Job Invest? If so, we would be happy to look at the possibilities with you.

We arrange the basics like furniture and inventory. You take care of personal items such as bedding and towels yourself, so you'll be fresh to go.

Our houses you share with a minimum of 5 people per house.
You usually start briefly in a hotel with 70 plus residents in the building. Then you can move on to housing through our reward system.

You accrue 8% vacation pay on your gross salary. This is paid out in May each year.

You receive your payslip and annual statement digitally in our online portal in Plan4flex. So you always have insight into your salary and reservations.

Yes, you can. You may decide which IBAN number you want to receive your salary on.

Good to know: payment processing sometimes takes a little longer with a foreign account number.

At the start of your contract, you can choose whether you want to be paid weekly or monthly. You will then receive your paycheck via your mail on Wednesday around 5 p.m.

PAWW is a plan that extends your unemployment or WGA benefits. The premium is withheld, but you get this back gross through the employment agency.

Yes, in some cases it does. It depends on your income and living situation. You can apply for this at the Inland Revenue.

The deposit (usually €100) is deducted from your first paycheck. Within six weeks after you leave the property clean and tidy, you will be refunded your deposit.

Vacation & Leave

You accrue statutory vacation days from your first day of work. For full-time work, that's 4 weeks per year.

First you ask permission from your supervisor at the workplace. Then report it to Job Invest so we can process it administratively.

The earlier the better. At least 3 weeks in advance so that the company and we can properly plan your absence.

No, you can't. You must reach us by phone or we will not be able to process your illness or continue to pay you.

Yes, you get continued pay according to the collective bargaining agreement and legislation. The percentage varies by situation.

If you do not report sick according to the rules, unfortunately we cannot register your absence and you will not be entitled to salary payment.

Yes, together with the company doctor we look at how and when you can return. We make a plan of action.

No, travel reimbursement only applies to days you actually work.

Not always; however, in cases of prolonged illness, the company doctor or occupational health and safety service may call you in. Cooperating with this is mandatory.
