What will you do?

What do you do as a Recruiter:

You start looking for the best candidate for a job.
You handle job applications, check resumes received and schedule (online) appointments.
You hold intake interviews, prepare resumes and ensure that your Sales colleagues can go to the client with a great proposal of candidates.
You ensure close follow-up when someone is allowed to interview or is hired.

You have a minimum of MBO-4 working and thinking level.

You're not quick to say ‘’That won't work.’’ You want to win every day, just like us.
You are sociable and have a good dose of team spirit.
Je bent communicatief sterk in het Engels en Portugees.
