In this versatile position you are the link between customer, supplier and internal departments. What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who contact you by phone, email, chat or WhatsApp. You handle a variety of questions and actively think about solutions. You also manage service files, maintain contact with suppliers and are responsible for handling warranty claims. You like to get to grips with complex situations and know how to structure their handling.

Your working days start at 08:30 and end around 17:00. In this position, no day is the same: from quick questions about delivery times to the careful handling of returns, you will make sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Experience as a customer service representative;
  • Customer-friendly and commercial attitude;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
  • Flexibly available, including Saturdays;
  • Available for 24 to 40 hours per week;
  • Experience with Windows, Office and Internet applications;
  • Independent, stress-resistant and solution-oriented;
  • Very precise in your work;
  • Affinity for online sales is a plus.
