For our location in Hedel we are looking for a technician who keeps the packaging lines running, solves malfunctions quickly and thoughtfully, and helps think about how things can be done even better. Sounds like something for you? Then read on.
It's 07:00. The first packaging lines are starting to get up to speed, and you check that everything is running smoothly. You hear a strange noise at line 4: don't panic, you're already there. With a few clever moves and a brief consultation with the operator, everything is running as usual.
Then, together with the Packing Manager, you optimize a line that is not performing well. You adjust a setting, plan preventive maintenance and immediately explain to the operator how he can recognize and prevent incipient failures himself. Knowledge = power.
In between, you solve a malfunction in the cold room, update the malfunction list and consult with an outside mechanic on replacement parts. The day flies by. You finish with a round through the building to check that everything is TD-proof for the evening.
And yes, every now and then you'll run a breakdown shift outside of office hours. Because even in the AGF world, technology is sometimes as unpredictable as the weather.
