Then this internship at Job Invest is for you. We are looking for someone who likes contact with people, who works neatly and who gets energy from variety.
You will rotate in the Front Office and Administration. You receive visitors, pick up the phone and mail, help colleagues, clients and temporary workers and make sure that everything behind the scenes is tightly organized. You will process mail, maintain personnel files, enter hours and data, and assist with invoicing. You will learn to work with systems such as Plan4Flex and Easyflex. Don't worry if you don't know those yet, we'll teach you here. Expect lots of variety, responsibility and coaching.
