As a Sales Intercedent, you actively seek opportunities in the market and know how to convert them into concrete results. You are not satisfied until the conversation not only goes well, but also leads to a successful deal.
As a Sales Intercedent, your focus is on actively approaching potential customers. You call companies, schedule visits and know how to come to the table with conviction and creativity. During these conversations, you take stock of the client's staffing needs and, together with account managers, translate these into appropriate customized solutions.
You will supervise the entire commercial process: from the first contact to closing the deal. You will work closely with the commercial manager to whom you report directly. You are also active within the existing customer portfolio. You identify opportunities, increase the number of hours to be filled and expand the range of services. You are a strong interlocutor, think proactively and represent the organization within various networks.
