As a Personnel and Payroll Clerk, you will be part of a compact team in which you will work on both personnel and payroll administration. Depending on the week and staffing, the distribution of your duties varies. You keep personnel files up-to-date, process memos, send messages and upload documents. In addition, you take care of timely contract renewals or notifications upon their expiration.
You will also be the point of contact for temporary workers with questions about contracts, wages, housing or transportation. You ensure that all hours, wage components and expenses are processed correctly and on time so that everyone gets what they are entitled to. This role requires accuracy, structure and clear communication.
