What will you do?

You start your working day with a clear focus: who will you call first, which leads will you follow up on, you pick up the phone and schedule new appointments. You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities with the main goal of scoring new customers and adding them to your customer portfolio. Your phone really is your most important tool!

This role is all about new business. You see the opportunities where others stop, and rejection only motivates you more to get it done anyway. From conducting introductory talks to negotiating contract terms and expanding existing relationships. You control the entire process.

Together with our recruiters, you work on the perfect match between client and candidate. You pitch new clients, ensure quick and clear follow-up of candidates and keep a tight eye on current vacancies. You like speed, switching and scoring. Targets give you focus and energy.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • You have at least 1 year of commercial work experience;
  • You are comfortable with cold acquisition and lots of phone contact;
  •  You can handle rejection well and know how to turn this into an opportunity;
  • You work results-oriented and love to score;
  • You have a proactive, flexible and commercial attitude;
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
