Operator - Velddriel

You start your shift and head towards the production line. While the machines are warming up, you check if all raw materials are available and set up the equipment correctly. What will you do?

As an Operator you are responsible for your own workstation within the production facility. You make sure that the process runs safely and efficiently. At the start of your shift, you review the production orders, ensure the machines are clean and properly set up. You weigh and dose raw materials, monitor the machine process and keep an eye on the product quality. You also take samples and register everything in SAP.
If a malfunction occurs, you solve it yourself or coordinate with the team leader on how to proceed. Occasionally, bags of 20 to 25 kilos need to be lifted. You also actively participate in discussions with colleagues to improve processes and ensure a smooth production flow.

Production takes place in a 3-shift schedule with the following working hours:

  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15 (Monday to Friday)
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:15 (Monday to Friday)
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:15 (Sunday to Friday)
