No experience? Don't panic!
Everyone starts somewhere. Even without a full resume, you can simply make an impression. After all, employers don't just look at what you've already done, but mainly at your motivation, commitment and vibe. So throw that uncertainty overboard and find out how you can score with applying without experience.
Make your motivation pop
You may not have mountains of work experience yet, but your drive can have a turbo effect. Write or share why you really want the job and how you are willing to learn. Enthusiasm is contagious - before you know it, an employer will see your potential.
Use what you do have
Internships, volunteer work, sports clubs or side jobs - all are worth their weight in gold. With these, you show that you can take responsibility, work together and pick up new skills. Just put it on your resume, even if it seems small. It shows that you are not sitting still.
Show guts and willingness to learn
Companies are looking for people who want to get ahead. Show that you are open to training, courses and new challenges. A fresh perspective and inquisitive attitude are often more valuable than years of experience.
