About the position

Als Backoffice Assistent speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze locatie in Oss. Je bent samen met je collega’s het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, klanten en interne afdelingen. Je verricht veel administratieve taken voor de afdelingen Logistics Inbound en Outbound, en ondersteunt ook de afdelingen Products en Quality. Je controleert nauwkeurig transportfacturen en shipping documenten, signaleert afwijkingen en voert deze in het systeem in. Je start je dag met een overleg waarin je de belangrijkste taken en prioriteiten bespreekt. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het controleren en verwerken van documenten, het ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen en het beantwoorden van vragen van collega’s en klanten.

Work:

  • Accurately review transportation invoices and shipping documents;
  • Identify and record discrepancies in the system;
  • Translate labels and work out pallet configurations;
  • Ordering office supplies and labels for the sales department;
  • And supporting various departments when busy and absent.

What do we ask of you?

The following are required for this position:

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Living in the region of Oss and in possession of own transportation.

  • A full-time position of 36 hours per week from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm;
