About the position
You will work here with:

Preparing dough and batter according to established recipes;

Preparing dough, batter and fillings by setting the mixer and kneader;

Setting up machines and ovens to further process dough and batter into finished product;

Monitoring and controlling the baking process and making adjustments as needed;

Perform minor maintenance on production equipment and report malfunctions in a timely manner;
-
And provide daily cleaning according to cleaning schedules and meet established quality standards.

This bakery makes a variety of pastry products, including egg cakes, meringue products, cake products and cookies. In addition, the bakery specializes in bake-off batter and dough for baking fresh products on the store floor or for consumers at home. A wide range of products can be found at well-known supermarkets and wholesalers.
