Planner

About the position

Your daily duties are:

  • Scheduling optimal and efficient daily routes for the Service Engineers;
  • Answering schedule related questions from the Service Engineers;
  • Perform administrative duties such as handling calls/record and being available to answer questions towards Service Engineers and other colleagues;
  • And participate in various project groups within the service chain.

This company is a collection of companies divided into car group, care group and bicycle group. A total of about 3,500 employees work within the group. The activities are not limited to the Netherlands, but are also in Sweden, Belgium and the Czech Republic. What do we ask of you?

To get started, you are expected to do the following:

  • You are good at administration so that orders are processed flawlessly;
  • You take a results-oriented approach;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • You have an analytical mind and communication skills;
  • You are stress resistant, don't get easily driven crazy in all the hustle and bustle of the workplace and ad hoc switching is no problem for you;
  • At least an MBO work and thinking level, with preference towards logistics/supply chain/planning/business office;
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Have you just finished a relevant MBO 4 education? Then you can also apply;
  • And experience in using Ortec is a plus.

When you start as a Planner, you will get:

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,699 and €3,133 based on 38 hours, but 32 hours is also possible;
